- Murlen National Park is located in the Champhai district of Mizoram state in Northeast India.
- In 1989, it was established as a wildlife sanctuary.
- In 1991, Murlen Wildlife Sanctuary was upgraded to a national park.
- Area: The park covers an approximate area of 200 square kilometers (77 square miles).
- Hills: The park is situated in the Mizo Hills.
- River: Some of the rivers flow near the park include:
- Tiau River
- Tuivai River
- Champhai River
- Flora: Tropical and Subtropical Forests, Montane Forests, Orchids, Mosses and Ferns, Epiphytes etc.
- Fauna: Tiger, Leopard, Malayan Giant Squirrel, Himalayan Black Bear, Serow, Hoolock Gibbon, Goral , Sambar, Kaleej Pheasant, Bhutan Peacock Pheasant, Burmese Python, Indian Rock Python, Reticulated Python, King Cobra etc.
